Yara Jabre

PELVIC FLOOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST & FOUNDER

Yara is a physiotherapist specializing in pelvic health and women’s health. She helps active women navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause without giving up the activities they love.

Her approach combines pelvic floor rehabilitation with movement and strength training to build confidence and long-term resilience.

Yara completed her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at McGill University and pursued advanced training in perinatal and pelvic floor physiotherapy. She is passionate about supporting women who want to stay active and understand their bodies better. Her goal is to offer clear, evidence-based guidance so each client feels empowered to move with confidence through every stage of life.

She founded Espace HERA after seeing a clear gap in care for active women. Women who wanted more than symptom management, and instead needed guidance that integrated rehabilitation, strength, and real-life demands. Her goal was to create a space where women could receive thoughtful, evidence-based support without having to choose between their health and their active lifestyle.
